Powder Pearl Colours

  • Add directly the powder to the product to be coloured or apply with a brush to the surface to be decorated.
  • Particularly indicated of confectionery and fine bakery (pastries, cookies, cakes and wafers).
  • Allowed to be used only for food production purposes.
  • Maximum dosage: quantum satis
  • Mix with coca butter, rejuvenator or alcohol to produce a paint to paint fine details.

High concentration edible pigment. Can be used as a dust or for mixing to a paint for sugar work. Glutenfree!

Ingredients: Colour: iron oxides and hydroxides (E172).

Push Pump Glitter Dust

  • Spray the color directly on the part to decorate.
  • To achieve a concentrated coverage, hold the dispenser close to the surface. A less concentrated coverage can be achieved by holding the dispenser further away.
  • For food products allowed to be coloured.
  • Maximum dosage: as much as is sufficient

 

This lustre is an edible colour and is the first of it’s kind to be in a pump dispenser. It allows you to quickly and easily cover an area with your lustre.

Ingredients: Colors: titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxides and hydroxides (E172).

Storage precautions: Keep tightly closed in a cool and dry place.

Caution: Do not swallow as such. The possible presence of a small amount of product in the cup is due to the conformation of the actuator and to the volatility of the powder and it does not affect the quality of the product itself.

Concentrated Food Gel Colours

  • Add the gel to the to product to be coloured. It can be used to colour modelling paste, sugar paste, whipped cream, buttercream. Max dosage 5 gr/kg

 High concentration edible pigment. Suitable for icing and chocolate.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, sucrose, color: brilliant black (E151), azorubine (E122), brilliant blue FCF (E133), tartrazine (E102), sunset yellow FCF (E110); gelling agent: agar (E406); acid: citric acid (E330); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).

Allergens: May contain traces of soybeans, milk and nuts (pistachios and hazelnuts), sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre

Saracino Pasta Model

A high quality sugar paste that is easy to work with giving a professional finish. No tearing during use or ‘elephant skin’ drying due to it’s unique formula. Designed to be suitable for use throughout the year. Ideal for high temperatures (up to 30 degrees) and for use in high humidity. Also suitable for refrigeration. The paste is soft and has high elasticity. It can be rolled as thin as 1mm. The icing has a delicate caramel scent and flavour.

  • Prepare by kneading and working until soft and pliable.
  • Dust your work area with icing sugar or cornflour and roll to the thickness required.
  • Apply to your prepared cake.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, rice starch, humectant: sorbitol (E420); stabilizer: tragacanth (E413), glycerol (E422); high oleic sunflower oil, flavor, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); color: tartrazine (E102); acid: citric acid (E330). E102: may have anadverse effect on activity and attention in children.
